Matchbox > 8 Pack/Set
In mid-2024, the 9 Pack/Set series was changed to the 8 Pack/Set. The set was reduced by one model, but the retail price remained the same. In 2025, only 8-car multipacks will be available, with one exclusive model in each pack, creating a trap for collectors who are forced to buy packs where they only need one car. Total 12 exclusive models.
In wave A we will find 4 sets with unique cars: ´17 Honda Civic, 1968 Dodge D-200 in Lyons Bros. racing livery, 1969 Volvo P1800S and 2015 Dodge Ram in Police scheme. Batch B includes four additional sets, featuring these unique models: 1961 Jaguar E-Type, 2015 Ford F-150 in the popular Matchbox Construction livery, 1997 Land Rover Defender, and the sports car Karma Revero (GS-6).
Wave C has 2 packs with exclusive models - Audi RS6 Avant and GHE-O Rescue in the Anaconda Guide theme. In the next wave D there is only 1 pack with a new model, namely the 2016 Chevy Camaro Convertible.
In the fifth wave E, the 8-pack series was expanded with the last unique model 1933 Ford Coupe.
